Privacy and device-storage notice
What this publisher processes, why it is used and which controls visitors have.
Data we process
The site requires no player account. Hosting and security logs may process IP address, device and request data, timestamps and security events. Device-local preferences may store language, comparison selections and cookie choice.
Purpose and retention
Logs are used for delivery, abuse prevention and security. Production retention periods, hosting subprocessors and the legal basis for each processing activity must be recorded before commercial launch.
Affiliate destinations
Marked outbound links may include referral parameters. Destination operators process data under their own notices. We do not send casino account, payment or identity data because this site does not collect it.
Cookies and analytics
First-party audience measurement is optional and starts only after consent. It uses a rotating 90-day pseudonymous visitor ID, a tab session ID, one-way keyed visitor/IP hashes, a masked IP label, coarse Cloudflare location/ASN data, normalized device data and query-free page/referrer paths. Raw identifiers, raw IP addresses, full user agents and URL query strings are not stored in D1. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Raw events are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; aggregates may be retained for up to 24 months. The public statistics page exposes aggregates and masked values only.
Rights and requests
Applicable rights vary by location and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or opt-out rights. This notice does not claim a law applies where its scope requirements are not met.
Controller details and effective date
The present first-party audience measurement is consent-gated and data-minimized as described above. Before any ownership transfer, advertising expansion or new vendor tracking, the successor controller must publish its legal entity, registered address, privacy contact, subprocessors, confirmed legal bases and effective date.
